Ashwagandha is the ingredient that works on the loop while you're still in it. Not on the night, on the day that produced the night. Which is why it's taken during the day, and why it's dosed at 650mg per capsule rather than the 100 or 200mg you'll find in an entire gummy.

Organic ashwagandha root, organic black pepper for absorption, pullulan capsules. Three ingredients, nothing else, and no proprietary blend hiding how much of what you're actually getting.

Suggested Use: Take one (1) capsule twice a day as a dietary supplement. For best results, take 20-30 min before a meal with an 8oz glass of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
